Refund Policy

At Loosh’s Rug Luv, customer satisfaction is our top priority.


We take pride in every handmade and custom rug we create and want you to absolutely love your purchase.
If you’re not completely happy with your rug, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

 

1. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your rug within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or request a remake at no additional charge.

To qualify for a return or remake:

  • The rug must be in its original condition — unused, unwashed, and free from damage.

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) must be provided.

 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or begin production on your replacement rug. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or provider.

 

2. Custom Orders

 

We understand that custom rugs are deeply personal, and we want you to love your one-of-a-kind design.

Because each custom rug is made specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to craftsmanship or quality.
However, if your custom rug arrives with an issue such as incorrect size, color, or pattern not matching your approved design, we will:

  • Offer to remake the rug at no cost, or

  • Provide a full refund once the original rug is returned.

We value fairness and communication — please reach out to us with photos and details so we can resolve any issue quickly.

 

3. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your rug arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at looshrugluv@gmail.com.
Include clear photos of the rug and packaging so we can assess the issue.
Once confirmed, we’ll either:

  • Send a replacement,

  • Offer a repair solution, or

  • Provide a full refund (including shipping, if applicable).

 

4. Exchanges

 

If you’d like to exchange your rug for a different size, color, or design, we’re happy to help.
Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

 

5. Shipping Returns

 

To start a return or exchange, please email looshrugluv@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
We’ll provide you with the correct return address and shipping instructions.
Please do not send your rug back without contacting us first.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or discounted rugs

  • Custom or personalized rugs (except in cases of defect or error)

  • Gift cards

If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you personally to make it right — whether that means a refund, replacement, or repair.
