Each rug is made and packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully at your door.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
Custom rug orders may require additional processing time depending on design complexity, material availability, and approval steps.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

Changes or Cancellations
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address or cancel the order.
